The ‘goop at sea’ video by Celebrity Cruises
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is to bringing ‘goop at sea’ to a voyage on Celebrity Apex.
The Hollywood star will join the new Celebrity Cruises ship on its 11-night sailing from Barcelona on August 26, 2020, to promote her lifestyle brand.
In an ‘opening conversation’ with goop’s chief content officer, Elise Loehnen, Paltrow will talk about ‘her personal wellness journey, what she’s learned, what she’s still curious about, and where she’s headed next’.

Guests will then be able to take part in a mind session focusing on mental health, a body session involving an active workout class and a soul session led by a spirituality teacher.
The ‘closing keynote’ will involve ‘one of the day’s fascinating culture-changers’, though goop is not saying who, yet.
The sessions are available for $750 to guests who book suites on the Mediterranean sailing.
