Arnold Donald, the president and CEO of Carnival Corporation, was today honoured for his ‘outstanding contribution to the cruise industry’ at the Cruise International Awards in London.
Born in New Orleans in 1955, Mr Donald has been in his present role since 2013 after joining the board 15 years ago.
Carnival Corp runs nine cruise lines – Carnival, P&O Cruises, Cunard, Princess, Holland America, Seabourn, Costa Cruises, Aida and fathom – and operates more than 100 ships, with 120,000 employees.
