At home… Dave on a cruise
This blog, Shipmonk, was ‘highly commended’ in the Cruise International awards in London today. The winner in the best blog category was Becky Wiggins with EnglishMum.
Shipmonk writer Dave Monk, who is also deputy editor of Britain’s third biggest daily paper Metro, said: ‘I congratulate Becky and am thrilled to be highly commended. It was a tough category, as I was also up against popular cruise writers Captain Greybeard (John Honeywell), CruiseMiss (Danielle Fear), Gary Bembridge and John Heald.’
